Course Overview

The level 2 foundation pathway in Health offers an exciting and challenging progression pathway onto Health T levels and Level 3 qualifications where you will spend four days a week in college and one day a week on a work placement. This qualification provides an insight into the health and social care sector and couples academic learning with practical application to prepare you for progression into your chosen career pathway.

Course Requirements

5 GCSE’s at Grade 4 or above (including maths, English Language and Grade 5 in Science).

– Industry-based work experience
– Relevant English, maths and digital skills
– Focused individual support and personal development

Assessment

You will be assessed through a variety of assignments, exams and a placement-based project
